FAQ

Do I need Karate to join Core Class? 

Not at all! Core Strength is a standalone fitness program—no martial arts background required. All           fitness levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced. Our focus is on functional strength,                     posture, and injury prevention in a supportive, judgment-free space. 

How often should I attend core class?

 We run classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at our Carrum Downs location. For best results, we recommend attending 2x per week, but you’re welcome to come as your schedule allows.

What should I wear? 

Comfortable activewear (e.g., leggings or track pants and a t-shirt) and a water bottle. Bare feet or non-slip socks are fine—no shoes needed!

Can kids attend? 

Core Classes are designed for ages 15+ due to the intensity and focus required. However, children          are welcome to wait in our supervised viewing area, where you can keep an eye on them while you          train.

Where are classes held? 

All Core Strength sessions are held at our Carrum Downs dojo:
